At The Populor we take your feedback seriously and want you to have a fabulous shopping experience. 
All our products are handmade and sometimes errors happen and you may receive a damaged or incorrect product.
In such instances we offer return pick up and full refund (COD charges of Rs 23/- are non refundable)
Should you require to change a size of your jewellery, we can happily accommodate for size exchange.
 Order cancellations can not be based on the basis of 'feel discrepancies'

WE ARE ALL HUMANS HERE. PLEASE HAVE RESPECT AND PATIENCE WHILE YOUR EXCHANGE OR REFUND REQUEST IS PROCESSED. MISBEHAVING WITH A STAFF MEMBER WILL IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST. THANK YOU!

How it works:
1. Upon receiving your order, you have 3 days to request your return and refund.
2. Connect with us via email only to request your return and refund
3. We will arrange for your return pick up within 24-48 hours of your request
4. Please ensure that the products returned are in original packaging and original condition before handing back to the pick up agent.
5. Once your order is picked up you will receive an automated tracking ID which allows you to see the status of your order 
6. As the return order arrives in our studio, it is opened and inspected for quality purposes
7. For each return order we make mandatory videos of unboxing for our own records and fairness
8. After the inspection we process your refund amount via UPI or to your original mode of payment if your order is prepaid. 
EXCLUSIVE and SINGLE PIECE PER DESIGN products are NOT eligible for return or refund.
